IV. INFORMATION ON THE PARTICIPATION OF CHILDREN

If you are attending the event with your child/children, please take note of the following information.

For children under the age of 4, programs and meals are provided free of charge. For children up to the 8th grade, as well as Earlyact, Interact, and Rotaract members, programs and meals are available at a discounted rate as follows:

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By confirming the registration, a contract is established between the Customer and the Service Provider. Under this contract, the Service Provider undertakes to fulfill the confirmed services, while the Customer undertakes to settle the payment for these services in the manner and within the timeframe specified in the confirmation and the proforma invoice.

In the case of credit card payment, an ADVANCE PAYMENT invoice will be sent as an electronic invoice within 5 business days following the day of payment from the regio10@kulcstavszamla.hu email address. The invoice will be prepared using the billing details provided during registration and sent to the specified contact person's email address.

If bank transfer is selected, the proforma invoice required for the transfer will be sent as an electronic invoice within 10 business days of registration (after processing) from the regio10@kulcstavszamla.hu email address. It will be addressed to the name and email address of the payer specified in the billing details. The proforma invoice will include the bank details necessary for the transfer and the reference number to be included in the comment section.

Following the transfer based on the proforma invoice, an ADVANCE PAYMENT invoice will be issued referencing the proforma invoice number, based on the bank statement. This invoice will include the 5% and 27% VAT rates for the services, labeled as "ADVANCE PAYMENT," and will be sent to the email address of the payer specified during registration.

Pursuant to Section 17 of Act LXXIV of 1992 on Value Added Tax:

1. If a sum of money countable toward the consideration is paid prior to the fulfillment of the sale of goods or provision of services (hereinafter: advance payment), the date of receipt (crediting) of the sum shall be considered the date of fulfillment.

2. The sum received (credited) under paragraph (1) shall be considered as including the amount of tax.

Based on the above, the advance payment invoice can only be issued after the receipt of the funds, as the date of fulfillment becomes known at that time.

The final invoice will be issued after the event by applying the advance payment invoice. The fulfillment date of the final invoice is the last day of the event.

In the case of transfers from abroad, foreign bank charges shall be borne by the remitting party. If bank charges are deducted from the transferred amount, they will be indicated as an amount payable upon the issuance of the final invoice.

PAYMENT DEADLINE

In the case of a bank transfer, the registration fee and the ordered service(s) are payable to the bank account number indicated on the proforma invoice sent following registration, by the specified payment deadline (Due date).

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION TERMS

Cancellations of registration fees must always be submitted in writing to „RÉGIÓ-10” Kft. at the info@regio10.hu email address. We are unable to accept cancellations via telephone or other verbal means. Furthermore, the non-payment of a proforma invoice does not constitute a cancellation; therefore, please ensure your intent to cancel is communicated in writing in every case. For cancellations sent by post, the date of cancellation is accepted based on the date of posting.

Refunds of paid fees are possible in the following cases:

Social program: The deadline for free modification and cancellation is May 22, 2026. In the event of a cancellation after this deadline, the full value of the ordered services is payable.

Transfer of participation: For cancellations made after the deadline, the registration fee is transferable. A change of name must also be sent in writing to the organizing office by completing a new registration form.

For cancellations made before the penalty-free deadline, as well as refunds due to erroneous or double transfers, the amounts already paid will be refunded within 30 days following the conclusion of the event. Refunds can only be made to the bank account of the person or company that made the payment.

Absence without cancellation (NO SHOW): The organizers will do their utmost to ensure the successful execution of the event. Please note that the organizers cannot modify the orders for services, printed materials, and catering necessary for the event organization once the specified deadlines have passed. Consequently, the organizers cannot waive the payment of ordered but unused catering or uncancelled registration fees by the customer. Following the event, the invoice will be prepared using the billing details provided during registration and sent to the specified contact person's email address.

Please note that catering and programs can be accessed using the QR code on your name badge, so we kindly ask you to wear your badge at all times.
