The registration fee includes participation in the conference presentations, the programme booklet, coffee breaks, lunch and dinner on Monday and lunch on Tuesday. The value of the coffee breaks and meals will be invoiced as catering services at 5% and 27% VAT respectively, with a gross value of EUR 100,00.

III. MEALS

We cannot accept on-site applications for meals! Catering services will be displayed on the invoice in a separate line for tax reasons.

VII. GENERAL CONDITIONS
With the confirmation of registration, a contract is concluded between the Customer and the Service Provider, whereby the Service Provider undertakes to provide the confirmed services and the Customer undertakes to pay the financial amount for the services in the manner and at the time indicated on the confirmation and the fee request.

In the case of bank transfer, the fee request for the transfer will be sent after the processing of the registration, but within 10 working days from the date of application, in the form of a remote invoice from the email address regio10@kulcstavszamla.hu

The fee request will include the bank details required for payment and the reference number to be included in the notification.

After the payment, an invoice will be issued based on the bank statement and sent electronically to the name of the payer/sponsor and the email address provided in the billing details.

In the case of a transfer from abroad, the transferring party will be responsible for the foreign bank charges. If the bank charges are deducted from the amount transferred, they will appear as a payable amount when the final invoice is issued.

The invoice issued after the transfer can be cancelled only upon official request, and a new invoice can be issued upon payment of an administrative fee of HUF 5 000 + VAT.

In the case of invoices issued by "RÉGIÓ-10" Ltd. due to an administrative error, it is possible to cancel the invoice and issue a new invoice free of charge.

VIII. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation of the registration and/or the ordered service(s) must always be notified in writing to "RÉGIÓ-10" Ltd. Cancellation by telephone or other verbal means will not be accepted, only cancellation by e-mail will be accepted.
The deadline for cancellation and amendment of the registration fee and the services included in the fee is 15 September 2025.
Cancellations received after this deadline will be charged the full value of the services ordered. In the event of cancellation before the penalty-free cancellation deadline, refunds of amounts already paid, as well as refunds of incorrect or duplicate payments, will be made within 30 days of the closing of the event. Refunds will be made exclusively to the bank account of the person or company making the payment, after deduction of the bank charges payable to our office.

NO SHOW: The organizers will make every effort to ensure a successful congress. Please note that orders for services, printing materials and meals cannot be changed after the deadline. Therefore, the organizers cannot waive payment of registration fees ordered by the client but not cancelled.
