It is a real pleasure that while the last Congress in 2021 took place in the virtual space, this May we can meet in person.

AThe participation fee includes participation in the scientific programme, the right to visit the professional exhibition, the room rental, the programme booklet, accreditation points, participation in the coffee breaks and the Thursday dinner, and VAT. The value of the coffee breaks and the Thursday dinner will be shown on the invoice as a catering service. The gross amount of the participation fee for the meal is 34.500 HUF, which will be shown on the Advances invoice under the heading PREPAYMENT with a VAT code of 27%. The actual VAT rates will be clarified/decided on the final invoice issued after the event with 5% and 27% VAT rates.

Daily ticket: 35 000 HUF
The day ticket fee includes participation in the scientific programme of the day, the right to visit the technical exhibition, the room rental, the programme booklet, accreditation points and participation in the coffee breaks on the day. The value of the coffee breaks will be indicated on the invoice as a meal service. The participation fee for meals is HUF 10,000 gross and is shown on the Advances invoice under the heading PREPAYMENT with a VAT code of 27%. The actual VAT rates will be clarified/decided on the final invoice issued after the event with 5% and 27% VAT rates.

For university students, pensioners, full-time PhD students and professionals: free of charge
The participation fee includes the participation in the scientific programme, the right to visit the professional exhibition, the room rental, the programme booklet and the participation in the coffee breaks.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT CONDITIONS

In any case, the registration and/or cancellation of the ordered service(s) must be notified in writing to “RÉGIÓ-10” Ltd. We are unable to accept cancellations by telephone or other verbal means, only written cancellations will be accepted.

The fees paid can be refunded in the following cases:
– Deadline for changes and cancellations of registration and services included in the participation fee free of charge: 30 April 2023.
– Deadline for cancellations and changes to social programmes (lunch, dinner) free of charge: 30 April 2023.
– Deadline for changes and cancellations of accommodation without charge: 20 April 2023.

In the event of cancellation after the deadline, the full value of the services ordered will be payable.

For cancellations after 30 April 2023, the registration is transferable. The name change must also be sent in writing to the organizing office by sending in a new registration.

For cancellations before the penalty-free cancellation deadline, refunds of amounts already paid and refunds due to incorrect or double payments will be refunded within 30 days of the event’s closure. Refunds can only be made to the bank account of the person or company who paid, after deduction of the bank charges payable to our office.

Absence without cancellation (NO SHOW):
Please note that orders for services, printing materials, accommodation and meals cannot be changed by the organisers after the deadline. For this reason, the organisers cannot waive the payment by the client of hotel rooms, meals or cancellation fees ordered but not used.

Grand Hotel Esztergom****

This elegant hotel in an arched building is located opposite the Aquasziget Esztergom water park, 1 km from Esztergom Basilica and 2 km from Esztergom Train Station.

The refined rooms offer Wi-Fi, TV, mini-fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. Some rooms overlook the Basilica and/or have a sofa bed. Suites have a separate living room and terrace.

The rooftop spa area has a hot tub and saunas. Other amenities include a lobby bar, event space and a play centre (for adults and children). Parking is available.

With almost 400 square metres of event space, the hotel offers excellent facilities for standing receptions and banquet dinners, while its 350 square metres of circular auditorium with natural light and five equipped meeting rooms with panoramic views cater for a wide variety of corporate and other event needs.

The Scientific Committee will evaluate presentations and posters by 17 April 2023.

The submitted presentation/poster should include new material not yet published elsewhere. The abstract should include specific data in the following breakdown:

Introduction, Objective
Material and method
Results
Conclusion

Formal requirements:
To ensure a uniform format, please follow these guidelines:

Your abstract should be written in “Arial” font, 12 point font size, single-spaced, in HUNGARIAN. The maximum number of characters per language, including the list of authors and the title, including spaces, is 2200.
The title of the abstract should be in bold.
Below the title, omit one line and include the name(s) of the author(s) (Prof., Dr., and other titles not included). For the sake of a uniform index, it is also necessary to include the first and last name of each author! Please underline the name of the author(s).
Omit one line and include the institute, department and city on the next line. In the case of co-authors from different workplaces, please number them in the upper index using Arabic numerals. (Please also include the serial numbers after the authors’ names.)
A line may be omitted to start the abstract. Abbreviations used in the text should be defined. The full text should be written without paragraphs, single-spaced, in a line-closed format. Tables and graphs may be included in the summary. No pictures or photographs should be included in the summary.
Only one of the abstracts submitted to the Congress may be presented as a paper, the rest should be in the form of a poster, as judged by the referee.

Attention! Accepted abstracts will be published in the abstract summary without any corrections or changes, with the content and in the form submitted by the authors!

How to submit:

Please submit your summary in electronic format, saved as an MS Word file, via the “Upload document” menu.
We will not be able to accept a summary sent after the deadline.
Documents can only be uploaded to the website after logging into your “My Account”! If you do not have an account on the website, please register first!
Submitting an abstract does not automatically register you for the conference! After the evaluation please register online on the website from 1 February 2023!
The Scientific Committee of the Congress reserves the right to decide on the classification of abstracts into oral or poster sections according to the number and topic of the abstracts received. You will be notified accordingly.
